I reserve the right to…
Cancel any project with or without warning. (See Cancellations)
Refuse any project (with reasoning) prior to payment.

Adoptable TOS
You have the right, once purchased, to change their species, gender, and/or design in any way.
You must credit both the base creator and me for the design when uploading any file(s) I have sent to you.
You may not resell the design for more than initially bought without adding additional worth. (Purchased art)
There will be no refunds on pre-made or moodboard/surprise adoptables once files have been sent to you.
Raffle prizes and other adoptable that you have received for free may not be sold or traded as-is. You must add art of value to the character prior to selling/trading.

Art TOS
Please allow for a 2 week max turnaround time on all purchased art, YCH, or additions to adoptables sold. I work a full time job as well as do art on the side. As such, I cannot dedicate my daily life to art full time.
I currently work exclusively using bases with no major line edits. While I may choose to do some on my own as a way to challenge myself, I do not offer them to everyone. As such, please know that I will likely say no should you ask.
You are entitled to WIPs of custom-made art. I will send them as I finish each stage (line preparation, color, and final set-up). You may ask for progress at any time, but you can see my queue for current stage of your commission.
Unless there is something greatly wrong with what I have sent you, I will not be offering refunds on any pieces once they have been approved and finalized.
After you have approved each stage, I will not be changing anything. Once lineart is approved, I will not be editing it further. Once color is approved, I will not be editing it further.

Cancellations
I will only accept cancellations by the commissioner on a case-by-case basis. If it is an emergency, etc. Please send me a message to convey what’s going on. I reserve the right to decline cancellation once payment has been processed.
If I need to cancel the commission at any stage, specifics will be worked out privately. You may request a full refund if this is the case, and I will honor it.
After I have finished the commission and sent out the files, I will not be offering a refund unless there is something greatly wrong with what I have sent you.

Other Important Rules
Characters and art purchased from me shall not be used in any way that is deemed to be harmful to others, such as (but not limited to), cub porn/pedophilia, homophobia/transphobia, hateful speech/slander, etc.

Going against my Terms of Service will result in either a warning or blacklisting. Please respect my time and effort by following them.
